This family-run Northern Irish organisation has become one of the largest contractors within the construction and civil engineering sectors in the UK. With a number of offices across the UK, they have the ability to deliver complex projects to the highest of standards.

Your new role as Site Manager (Building Services)

As Site Manager, you will become a valued member of an impressive construction site team. This organisation is recruiting two site managers to carryout management of all building services aspects of projects. They are looking for a candidate highly experienced in electrical services and the other candidate to have a strong mechanical bias. The first project will commence on a site in London and consists of the construction of two large commercial buildings and a multistorey carpark.

What you will need to succeed as Building Services Manager (it would be great if you have these, but don't worry if you don't)

• CSCS / SMSTS qualified
• Hold a valid driving licence
• An Electrical and or Mechanical Trade Qualification
• First Aid at Work
• Knowledge of BG6 and RIBA Stages
• Strong experience working on new build/refurbishment projects
• Experience of temporary works procedures
