At Vickerstock Recruitment, we are pleased to be working with a UK leading main contractor to recruit for the position of Site Manager. With a number of specialist divisions including Construction, Civil Engineering and Fit Out, this organisation has the capability and expertise to deliver highly complex projects across the full built environment spectrum. This Northern Irish Success story has offices across the UK and Ireland, becoming one of the largest organisations throughout the UK.

Your new role as Site Manager

As Site Manager, you will become a valued member of an impressive site team. The first project you will be working on is based in London, working on a £120 million project. The project consists of the construction of two large commercial buildings and a multi-story carpark. You will then continue to work on other major value projects throughout other parts of UK.

What you will need to succeed as Site Manager

• Good construction experience in: commercial; retail; healthcare; education (either refurbishment or new build)
• Experience in managing subcontractors in line with health and safety and environmental legislation
• CSCS/SMSTS qualification
• Qualification relevant to Mechanical or Electrical Trade
• Good understanding of BG6 and RIBA stages
• Working understanding of BIM, NEBOSH and IOSH
