Vickerstock are delighted to be partnering with our Food Manufacturing client committed to quality and integrity within all operations on the appointment of Specifications Technologist. They supply into the chilled and frozen retail, food service and food manufacturing sectors from their production base in Craigavon.

Report to the Technical Manager you will have full responsibility for the management of customer, internal production raw material and quality attribute specifications.

What we have to offer you:

• £23-28k DOE
• Monday to Friday working week

What a typical day as Specifications Technologist will look like:

• To maintain all systems and paperwork, ensuring due diligence and traceability.
• Technical checking and approval of all artworks
• Ensure critical paths are adhered to and deadlines are met.
• Any relevant project works.
• Management of the bill of materials
• Completion of commercial documentation for new products

Your essential ingredients:

• Experience working in Food Manufacturing/FMCG industry.
• Experience working with Specifications.
• Has used retailer portals to input data.
